Enthone Plating Academy

Technical Training Program

The Enthone Plating Academy is Enthone's central training program for employees and select customers to gain technical knowledge about the company's key processes and technologies. Training modules range from obtaining a basic understanding of Enthone best-in-class processes, to acquiring comprehensive, advanced training on specifi c troubleshooting and preventative maintenance procedures for a particular application.

In addition to formal classroom presentations and workshop discussions, hands-on instruction is provided at state-of-the-art applications laboratories at Enthone facilities worldwide, including Langenfeld, Germany, West Haven, Connecticut USA, and Shanghai, China.

Enthone Plating Academy training modules are designed to enable participation, regardless of a participant's level of technical experience or job function. Employees are encouraged to register for Academy sessions that are most advantageous to benefi ting their current job situation, as well as to enhance their future career opportunities.

The Resource

• Troubleshooting methodologies, including Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Hands-on process experience provided in applications laboratories
• Interactive, collaborative team workshops
• Customized training for select customers and OEMs, addresses technology challenges imposed by industry and government requirements.
