Conflict Metals Policy
Enthone is aware of the allegations that tin and gold mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo ("DRC") may be making its way into the electronics supply chain and that profits from DRC tin and gold mining may be furthering certain unfair labor practices or other human rights violations in the DRC.
Enthone has adopted policies and procedures in an effort to determine, to the extent possible, whether its tin and gold supply chain includes tin and/or gold mined in the DRC. However, due to the complexities of the tin and gold supply chain, Enthone cannot verify the origin of all tin and gold used in its products.
In the event that Enthone verifies that tin or gold it intends to purchase has originated from the DRC, it will use reasonable efforts to notify each customer of Enthone whose products will include DRC tin or gold of that fact and give such customers the option of having Enthone purchase the applicable tin or gold from an alternative source.
